Chauffeured ground transport for the travel trade
Your guests,met and moved
Airlink supplies chauffeured vehicles and drivers to travel wholesalers across Perth, the Peel region and the South West. Sedans through to twenty one seat coaches, run by an operator that has been doing it here for more than 30 years.
Why an operator like us
One supplier,
one accountability,
the whole fleet range
A wholesaler does not want four suppliers for one itinerary. Airlink runs sedans, seven seat vans, a twelve seat Sprinter and larger coaches out of one Belmont base, so a couple, a family and a full arrival group can all sit under the same operator.
Arrivals are monitored against the aircraft, not the booked time, and the chauffeur meets your guest inside the terminal in uniform. That single handover is where most inbound complaints are made or avoided.
Capability
What we can
be tasked with
These are vehicle and chauffeur capabilities, not retail products. What Airlink accepts as trade work is set by the supply agreement, not by this page.

Airport meet and greet
Aircraft arrivals monitored, a uniformed chauffeur inside the terminal, luggage handled. The part of an itinerary most likely to go wrong for an inbound guest.

Metropolitan point to point
Hotel, residence, venue and terminal movements across the Perth metropolitan area.

Regional and long distance
Peel, the South West and the Great Southern, including connections to regional airports.

Group and coach movements
Seven, twelve and up to twenty one seats, with purpose built luggage trailers where the cases will not fit.
The brief says most of the previous service list is now obsolete. This page has been cut back to four capability statements that are true of any chauffeured vehicle operation. Airlink to confirm which of these are actually offered under the current arrangement, and whether any should be removed or added.

The fleet
From a quiet sedan
to a twenty one
seat coach
Late model Holden Statesman Caprice and Chrysler C300 sedans, a Toyota Hybrid, seven seat Toyota and Mercedes vans, a twelve seat Mercedes Sprinter and larger Toyota coaches. Airport work can run with a purpose built luggage trailer, so a group and its cases move in one vehicle.
Working together
How a movement
runs
The outline below is the shape of the process. The detail is set by the supply agreement and needs Airlink's confirmation before it is published.
You send the movement
Flight or itinerary detail, passenger count, luggage and the drop off. Channel, lead time and cut off to be confirmed.
We allocate and confirm
Operations matches the vehicle to the group and the bags, and confirms back. Confirmation turnaround to be confirmed.
We operate and report back
Arrival monitored, guest met inside the terminal, luggage handled. Reporting and any incident escalation path to be confirmed.
Nothing in this section is confirmed. How movements are received (email, an extranet, an API, a spreadsheet), lead times, amendment and cancellation cut offs, confirmation turnaround, on the day escalation, and what reporting the partner receives. This is the section a trade partner reads hardest, and it is the section we currently know least about.
Where we operate
Perth, Peel
and the South West
Perth metropolitan area, Mandurah and the Peel region, and South West Western Australia including Bunbury, Busselton, Dunsborough, Margaret River and Albany. Regional airport connections on request.
References
What partners say
Trade references carry more weight than consumer reviews on a page like this. These panels stay marked until Airlink supplies real quotes, and confirms which partners can be named at all.

Two or three trade references with name, agency and the type of work. Also confirm whether any partner may be named or shown as a logo, since wholesale agreements often prohibit it.
Trade questions
What a partner
asks first
Are you licensed for on demand passenger transport?
DOT On Demand Service Authorisation No. 1000790. Insurance certificates and any further accreditation to be supplied by Airlink.
What is the largest single group you can move?
Up to 21 passengers in one vehicle, and multiple vehicles on one movement. Exact coach capacities are being confirmed.
How is luggage handled for a full arrival?
Seven and twelve seat vans run with a purpose built luggage trailer on airport work, so a group and its cases stay in one movement.
Do you cover regional Western Australia?
Perth metro, Mandurah and the Peel region, Bunbury, Busselton, Dunsborough, Margaret River and Albany, plus connections to regional airports.
How are rates structured for trade?
To be confirmed with Airlink. Rate card, seasonality, waiting time and cancellation terms are all commercial matters that belong in the supply agreement, not on a public page.
Who do we speak to on the day?
Reservations on 1300 001 550 and a dedicated after hours line on 0404 826 426. A named operations contact and escalation path to be confirmed.
