How Airlink collects, uses and stores personal information, including passenger data received from trade partners.
Sections to be supplied
What we collect and why. Passenger data received from a trade partner, and the basis on which it is held. How movement data is stored and who can access it. Third party processors. Cookies and analytics, including consent. Data retention. How to access or correct information. Complaints, and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as the escalation point.
Note that passenger data passed by a wholesaler is usually covered by the supply agreement as well as by this policy. The two need to agree with each other.
This page is a structural placeholder. The live wording must come from Airlink and, for the terms, should be reviewed by the client's own adviser before publication. Nothing here has been drafted as legal text.
